Why didn't I earn progress for my purchase?

If you did not use a registered card (even if you ordered through the app), you will not earn automatic progress toward your reward.

If you did use your registered card and did not earn automatic progress, please submit your card through the app so our team can investigate.

You do not earn credit for the amount spent with a gift card. This is dependent on the merchant. Please reach out to them directly to see if they allow progress for the use of gift card.

We are unable to detect debit purchases that use the PIN. If you use your debit card, make sure to run it as a credit card.

Purchases made through third-party ordering apps (UberEats, Postmates, etc.) do not count toward reward progress.
