Yes! We automatically grant you reward progress when you make a purchase with a registered credit card. In some cases we'll miss a purchase if you make it immediately after registering your card; usually we'll get the notification from the card network a few days later instead of immediately.
If you make a cash purchase, or we don't grant you progress for a purchase you made with a registered credit card, you can open the merchant in the Thanx app, go to the "More" section (or scroll down if there isn't a "More" button) and click the button to send us a photo of the receipt.
Note: If you send us a receipt for a credit card purchase, be sure to enroll that card before you send us the receipt (it's how we avoid accidentally giving progress more than once).
